Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or oversized pieces may require additional lead time, noted on the product page.

Delivery methods

• Standard ground: 5–7 business days within the continental United States.
• Expedited: 2–3 business days. Available at checkout for eligible items.
• White glove delivery: For large furniture and fragile pieces. Scheduling arranged after purchase.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also use that number with the carrier directly for real-time updates.

International orders

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers outside these regions are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@housetheory.store and we will resolve it with the carrier or send a replacement.
